Rianna Ehrenreich

Rianna Ehrenreich graduated from the University of Rochester in 2024 with a B.S. in Physics and Astronomy and a B.A. in History. She was an active leader in clubs such as the UR Astronomy Club and the Society of Women in Astronomy and Physics (SWAP), and was inducted into Sigma Pi Sigma and Phi Alpha Theta in 2023. Due to her involvement, Rianna was able to participate in a multitude of science-based outreach events in Rochester, organize research colloquia, and was one of the few students at UR trusted to operate the 24-inch diameter Cassegrain telescope at the CEK Mees Observatory.

As the SPS and Sigma Pi Sigma Programs Engagement Specialist, Rianna is working to form a wide-ranging and supportive post-graduate SPS and Sigma Pi Sigma community.
