The 2020 and 2021 SPS and Sigma Pi Sigma councils wanted to extend the amazing work of Team-UP Together and the team-UP report. Together they collaborated with AIP to generate an SPS chapter inclusion self-assement tool, which is modeled after a self-assment rubric in the Team-UP togoether report. This assessment tool is designed for undergraduate clubs and groups to help begin a conversation around inclusion, diversity, and how we can make every SPS student feel welcome. We encourage chapters to download this tool and use to help begin a conversation around your club, your club spaces, and how you communicate with each other, both directly and in-directly.
