SPS Leadership Scholarship
I am a rising senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) pursuing a B.S. Physics degree. My current interests lie in Experimental High Energy Physics, where I currently conduct research in High Purity Germanium detector analysis with applications in the search for neutrinoless double beta decay under the guidance of Professor John Wilkerson. I hope to continue studying neutrinos and engage with a higher level of particle physics research by pursuing a Ph.D. in Experimental High Energy Physics. From there, I plan to become a professor at an R1 institution, doing research and engaging with students and colleagues so as to better understand the natural world by means of physics. When I'm not doing research, I enjoy writing and playing music, coffee, and being with my friends.
